The Hostess asked if I want to be right by the water after I pointed out an area near the boats, but she took me to a table with an unobstructed view of the marina and boats! No other table on the other side, so I faced that open space and absolutely enjoyed my view! David J. was so personable and friendly and I was very impressed with his kind and courteous persona and service! I ordered a CRAB POT BLONDE ALE and the SEAFOOD BROCHETTE with small red potatoes. They serve 2 skewers of shrimp, scallops and fish along with red pepper, onion, green pepper, and cherry tomatoes on the skewer and also had broccolini and baby carrots on my plate Definitely 2 meals from this! Grilled to perfection! Not a long wait time either. And the bottom line is it was reasonable pricing! I will be back again soon! For me, having a view when dining out is a definite plus! Love Long Beach! Moved here in 1980 and still love visiting here from Fullerton area...

We had a wonderful meal and wonderful service the ambience outside it is really lovely to sit next to all the docked boats, the crab, the muscles, the clams, the corn, the potatoes everything was so delicious

Good availability, easy seating, great view, seafood was par to sub-Par (overall a little too dry) BUT I couldn't help but notice we did not get a single crab claw with our $80 per person steam pot. WHERE DID ALL THE CLAWS GO?! I would definitely recommend this place but if you want claws, go elsewhere

We were there for a birthday dinner and the crab pot did not disappoint! We had a couple of large 1 L beers that lasted the whole meal, and then a nice clam bake that was correctly dumped on the table that had been covered with some paper for easy cleanup. The service was real nice and the marina ambience was excellent with the fading light of the day.

Okayyyyyyyy Crab Pot! You officially have my attention! Although located in the busy Alamitos Bay Marina Center this place is kind of "off broadway" and has its own corner of the market. Because of its isolation it has plenty of parking and almost never full, so you can come anytime! If you're coming, come during the happy hour, so you can enjoy fabulous fried seafood and margaritas! Our server was super quick and shout out to the kitchen for making delicious food. There's a vast variety of seating: from outdoor to indoor to patio to seaside to lounge to bar to banquet! Feels like you're dining in a western-movie-themed log cabin that floats on the ocean!

The location and views here are awesome! We sat outside and it was nice, you can eat and enjoy the marina views. I like that they have a fire pit and chairs around it so you can enjoy a nice fire at night. The food was good. I ordered the wild Salmon tacos and they were really tasty. I like the blacken seasoning on them. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp tacos, those were ok. I had a bite of his taco but I preferred my salmon tacos. The works Bloody Mary was good. It was loaded with a soft shell crab, prawn, andouille sausage, bacon, and olives. $15 for a big chalet is a pretty decent. Service was good. The staff were nice and friendly. Definitely a better spot to go to versus waiting 2 hours at Scooner than later.

Had a bite to eat for Happy Hour here with the family. Great times! They had a good number of selections on the happy hour menu, including some delicious fried fish tacos & a spicy mango margarita. For about $65 before tip, we got 4 drinks, 3 tacos, calamari and chips, mozzarella cheese sticks, and some good service. I especially liked the mango margs because they use real jalapeño and garnish nicely. The restaurant itself is nice, big with lots of wooden things. Wood makes me feel really cozy for some reason! Felt at home here. Only thing I'd change is the calamari , which is deep fried and kinda tough. It's not the high end lightly breaded tender calamari that I was expecting. Glad there's plenty of parking and specials. Will return !
